Acceptance of Terms
By using BudgetPulse on iOS or Android, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Budgeting Tool Only
BudgetPulse is a personal budgeting and planning tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing projected balances, verifying bill due dates, checking transactions, and maintaining any backups you choose to create.
Subscriptions
BudgetPulse may offer Free, Plus, and Pro access levels. Paid subscriptions may be processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on your device and where you installed the app. Subscription pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and account management are handled by the applicable app store according to that store’s terms and policies.
Feature Availability
Features may vary by subscription level, platform, device, operating system version, region, app store availability, and permissions granted by the user. Some features may appear differently on iOS and Android. BudgetPulse may change, improve, or remove features over time.
Backups and Data
BudgetPulse may provide backup and restore features. You are responsible for saving backups securely and confirming that backup files restore correctly. BudgetPulse is not responsible for data loss caused by deleted apps, device failure, user error, unavailable cloud storage, damaged backup files, or moving data between unsupported locations.
Calendar, Camera, and Device Permissions
Some features require optional device permissions, such as Calendar, Camera, Photos, Face ID, biometric authentication, notifications, or file access. You may manage permissions in iOS Settings, Android Settings, or within BudgetPulse settings when available.
No Warranty
BudgetPulse is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that projections, calculations, reminders, receipt scans, reports, subscription detection, backups, or other features will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BudgetPulse and its developers are not liable for financial losses, missed bills, incorrect entries, inaccurate projections, data loss, subscription issues, app store billing issues, or other damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
